Overview

As a member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for successfully acquiring new customers by proactively identifying and approaching potential partner salons (B2B). You will manage the entire process from initial contact to contract signing, securing new partnerships for Treatwell.

In Short

  • Search for new beauty salons in your city through various channels (TikTok, Instagram, Google, etc.) to attract potential customers for Treatwell.
  • Initiate first contact with potential new customers via phone.
  • Effectively explain our SaaS product and the Treatwell marketplace with all its features directly on-site at the salon/studio.
  • Close contracts with new partners after successfully convincing them to partner with us.
  • Document your activities in our CRM tool "Salesforce" to ensure smooth collaboration across departments.

Requirements

  • Enjoy personal customer contact with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Reliable, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and enjoy working in a diverse team.
  • Full of courage, humor, respect, self-responsibility, curiosity, and a bit of charm.
  • Ideally, have experience in customer service, sales, or retail - sales-oriented career changers are also welcome!
  • Proficient in the digital world.
  • Fluent in German – any additional language is a plus, as our potential partners are diverse.

  • Annual salary (consisting of a fair base and commission) - our top performers earn commissions up to 8500 Euro gross per month.
