The RFP Coordinator and Writer will play a crucial role in securing new business opportunities and contributing to the company's growth.

In Short

  • Coordinate the entire RFP process, including tracking deadlines, gathering necessary information, and ensuring timely submission.
  • Develop clear, concise, and compelling RFP responses that effectively communicate our company’s value proposition.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, technical teams, and other key stakeholders to gather relevant insights and data for proposal development.
  • Proofread and edit RFP responses to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
  • Maintain and update a library of standard RFP responses, templates, and supporting documents to streamline the proposal process.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in RFP writing to enhance the quality of proposals.
  • Assist in the creation of additional business development materials, such as presentations, case studies, and white papers.
