Proposal Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Proposal Coordinator will drive TSTC's response to RFPs and RFIs, ensuring compliance and effective proposal management.

In Short

• Manage end-to-end proposal preparation and submission.
• Coordinate inputs from technical, management, and finance teams.
• Assist with proposal strategy development and content creation.
• Review proposal content for accuracy and compliance.
• Lead proposal review meetings and incorporate feedback.
• Manage multiple proposals and meet tight deadlines.
• Work closely with the Chief Growth Officer on proposal strategies.
• Must reside in a HUBZone.
• Remote work with occasional in-office days.

Requirements

• BS or BA preferred.
• 4 years of federal government proposal management experience.
• Knowledge of DHS and DoD agencies.
• Skilled in MS Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with RFI/RFQ processes.
• Flexibility to work extended hours as needed.
• Experience with VT Docs and Next Stage preferred.
• MUST reside in an SBA designated HUBZone.
