Bid and Proposal Writer - Remote

Overview

As a Bid and Proposal Writer, you’ll be a key member of a high-performing sales team driving the Company's growth strategy in EMEA and the US. You will be writing compelling and winning proposals to position the OES group competitively as leaders in the digital learning space.

In Short

• Lead the creation of RFPs, tenders, proposals, presentations and other business development collateral.
• Coordinate and project-manage the end-to-end bidding process.
• Work with the Sales Team to establish an official tender response process.
• Oversee the development of comprehensive and persuasive tender proposals.
• Engage and collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Identify and address potential risks associated with bid requirements.
• Monitor numerous tender notification portals across market territories.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
• Develop and maintain content for a knowledge base and response library.
• Support conference/event management during periods of downtime.
