Overview

The Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition will lead and evolve the Field TA function at DaVita, managing a team of Talent Acquisition Partners and working closely with senior business leaders to deliver a world-class hiring experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years of recruiting experience, with 3+ years in management.
• Proven experience in high-volume recruiting.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, Workday experience a plus.
• Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment data.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
