Product Manager (ROPS) - Remote

Overview

This position is responsible for leading product solutions to a critical business problem for Revenue Operations (ROPS). It includes defining the vision, strategy and intended results for a specific product area and executing that vision across multiple applications for various user groups.

In Short

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap.
• Maintain and prioritize product backlog.
• Manage product outcomes across a longer-term roadmap.
• Evaluate and advance product and/or feature ideas.
• Participate in creating clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Engage in User Acceptance Testing to determine product readiness.
• Define product success criteria and monitor post-launch success.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product priorities.
• Support regular communication with stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product experience in an agile environment.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields preferred.
