• Change and update the product roadmap based on usage analytics, customer feedback, and stakeholder requirements.
• Perform competitive analysis and market research to understand competitor products.

• Identify areas of improvement in customer-facing platforms and internal processes.
• Onboard and train incoming product associates.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in product management within the fintech or technology industry.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive product decisions.
• Experience in managing budgets and resource allocation.
