Licensed Practical Nurse - Remote

Overview

DaVita is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse who is looking to give life in an outpatient dialysis center, making a significant difference in the lives of patients and their families dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

• Deliver empathetic and compassionate care to patients.
• No dialysis experience is required; training will be provided.
• Must be flexible with schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Must possess a current LPN-LVN license and CPR certification.
• Basic computer skills required; proficiency in MS Word and Outlook needed.

Requirements

• Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• IV certification required if mandated by state regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completed training program approved by medical director.
• BONENT or CHT certification preferred.
• Minimum one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
• Functional proficiency in computer systems of DaVita required within 90 days of hire.
