Overview

DaVita is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse who is looking to give life in an outpatient dialysis center, making a significant difference in the lives of patients dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

Requirements

• Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification required.
• IV certification required if mandated by state regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completed training program approved by the medical director.
• BONENT or CHT certification preferred.
• Minimum of one year's experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
• Ability to learn DaVita's computer systems within 90 days of hire.
