Overview

As a Home Hemodialysis Registered Nurse (HHD RN), you will provide education on Home Hemodialysis to patients and their care partners, managing their cases independently and ensuring their treatment stays on track.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 12 months of RN experience.
• Current driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) required.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
• Previous dialysis nursing experience is a plus.
• Training/Teaching/Healthcare Education background is preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies is a plus.
• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) is a plus.
