Overview

As a Home Hemodialysis Nurse (HHD Nurse), you will provide education and comprehensive care to patients undergoing home hemodialysis, managing their treatment plans and empowering them to take control of their health.

Requirements

• Current driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) required.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
• Previous nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Excitement to learn about telehealth technologies.
• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) is a plus.
• Experience in chronic or acute dialysis is a nice-to-have.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
