In Short

  • Provide nursing care in a hemodialysis unit.

  • Accommodate up to 4 patients at a time.
  • Participate in portable dialysis for critically ill patients.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Engage in continuous professional development.
  • Work part-time with variable shifts and weekends.

Requirements

  • Associates in Nursing required.
  • Bachelors in Nursing required within 5 years.
  • At least one year of acute care experience or two years in a licensed health care role.
  • MI Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
  • AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 6 months.
  • Specialty Certification highly recommended within 2 years.
