Overview

The Dialysis Nurse is responsible for overseeing and providing care to dialysis patients in a high-acuity team environment, ensuring that they receive the necessary treatment and support.

In Short

• Full-time position with a rotating schedule of at least 30 hours per week.
• Oversee a group of up to 16 dialysis patients.
• Paid training for 10 weeks to prepare for the role.
• Experience in fast-paced settings is preferred.
• Active RN license in Michigan is required.

• Average working hours range from 12 to 14 hours a day.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of hands-on nursing experience.
• Experience in Dialysis, ER, CCU, ICU, or MedSurg is ideal.
• ADN, BSN, or Diploma in Nursing.
• Active current RN license in Michigan.
• Confident in working independently.
• Eager to learn and expand nursing experience.
• Ability to thrive in a high-acuity team environment.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.
• Strong clinical skills.
