Overview

The Registered Nurse (RN) position at DaVita involves providing high-quality care to dialysis patients while leading a team of Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) in a fast-paced environment.

In Short

• Full-time position with a rotating schedule of 3 days per week.
• Paid training for 10 weeks to prepare for patient care.
• Oversee up to 16 dialysis patients with a team of PCTs.

• Average work hours range from 12 to 14 hours a day.
• Requires at least 1 year of nursing experience.
• Experience in high-acuity settings preferred.
• Active RN license in Michigan is required.

Requirements

• ADN, BSN, or Diploma in Nursing.
• Active and current RN license in Michigan.
• 1+ years of hands-on nursing experience.
• Experience in LTC, Acute, ER, CCU, ICU, MedSurg, or Dialysis.
• Confident in working independently and leading a team.
• Willingness to learn and expand nursing experience.
• Ability to thrive in a high-acuity team environment.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Comfortable with flexible starting and ending times.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
