Overview

As a Home Hemodialysis Registered Nurse (HHD RN), you will provide education and manage patient care independently, helping patients to dialyze from home with confidence.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 12 months of RN experience.
• Associates Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Previous dialysis experience is a plus.
• Training or teaching background is a nice-to-have.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies is beneficial.
• Certification as a Nephrology Nurse is a plus.
