Overview

The Designer I, ROPS role focuses on leading the planning, analysis, design, development, deployment, and evaluation of learning materials, working collaboratively with operations and delivery teammates.

In Short

• Design and develop curriculum-level learning systems
• Conduct needs assessments and develop training plans
• Create engaging course content for instructor-led training and eLearning
• Consult with subject matter experts
• Develop performance objectives for training materials
• Create self-paced online courses using course authoring tools
• Evaluate and assess instructional impact
• Modify existing instructional materials as needed
• Create project documentation including templates and specifications
• Collaborate with teams to maintain learning materials

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in computer skills as required
• Experience in instructional design and development
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline preferred
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems
• Ability to conduct needs assessments
• Experience in creating engaging learning materials
