Overview

We are seeking a talented Designer to join our in-house agency, Seed Creative + Design. This role involves contributing to exceptional creative work across a variety of marketing and advertising projects for iconic brands.

In Short

• Collaborate with project managers, designers, copywriters, and videographers.
• Deliver projects from concept to completion, adhering to established timelines.
• Conceptualize and direct impactful photoshoots.
• Develop storyboards and provide art direction for video shoots.
• Monitor design trends and competitor creative.
• Stay current with industry best practices and software advancements.
• Manage multiple brand identities with consistency and quality.
• Work in a hybrid environment with onsite requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite on a Mac platform.
• Experience with motion design and video storyboarding.
• Strong typography skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking.
• Experience in consumer-packaged goods preferred.
