• Expertise in visual, brand, web, and/or product design.
• Experience driving major branding initiatives from concept to execution.
• Thoughtful communicator balancing user, brand, and business needs.
• Experience in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and emerging AI design tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to feedback.
• Willingness to adapt across various design disciplines.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
