Overview

This vital, patient-centric role provides education and guidance to DaVita patients about health insurance and the implications of different insurance options.

In Short

• Educate patients on health insurance options.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service or healthcare.
• Intermediate computer skills in MS Word and Outlook.
• Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred.
• Understanding of insurance plans and benefits.
• Experience in case management or social work preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Emotional maturity and professionalism in patient interactions.
