Overview

The Bilingual Insurance Specialist I is responsible for assisting patients with insurance-related inquiries and providing high-level customer service. This role involves on-site visits to clinics in Stockton and surrounding areas, with some remote work flexibility.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with patients and clinical staff.
  • Proficient in managing reporting tools.
  • Understanding of Medicare and insurance plans.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong organizational skills.
