In Short

  • Identify needs and interests of potential customers and build relationships with decision-makers across various industries.
  • Maintain customer interactions and information in the CRM system for efficient lead management.
  • Develop your own sales strategy and create your own customer base.
  • Organize your schedule independently and handle the preparation and follow-up of your meetings.
  • Manage the entire qualification process from initial contact to validation based on KPI and trbo-driven criteria.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in SaaS sales as an SDR/BDR, preferably in eCommerce, performance marketing, and/or online advertising.
  • Experience in outbound sales and discussions with executives.
  • Ability to understand processes and drive optimization.
  • Analytical thinking to derive actions from data and numbers.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset enabling you to find solutions independently.
  • Fluent in German and English.
