Overview

We are looking for a motivated, professional, and self-driven individual to join our remote team. You will support clients by keeping communication clear, staying organised, and following through consistently.

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings

• Coordinate with team members or partners when needed
• Maintain accurate records, track progress, and provide consistent service support
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Strong English communication and organisational skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Previous administrative, coordination, or customer support experience is a plus
• Must be based in an approved Latin American country
