Overview

The Outside Property Claim Representative Trainee position is an entry-level role focused on developing skills for investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving property claims. This position is intended to provide quality claim handling throughout the claim life cycle while complying with internal and external standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• One year of customer service experience or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Basic verbal and written communication skills

• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to perform physical inspections of properties
• Valid passport preferred
