Overview

This entry-level position is designed to develop skills for investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving property claims of lesser value and complexity. The role involves completing a training program and providing quality claim handling throughout the claim lifecycle.

  • Requires acquisition of Insurance License(s) within three months.

  • Performs administrative functions as required.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in skills to progress to Claim Representative.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • One year of customer service experience or a Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Basic verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Basic analytical thinking and judgment skills.
  • Ownership attitude and customer-centric response.
