The Experienced Outside Property Claim Representative will handle first-party property claims, ensuring optimal resolution through investigation, evaluation, and negotiation while providing excellent customer service.

• Handle first-party property claims of moderate severity and complexity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• General knowledge of estimating system Xactimate preferred.
• Two or more years of outside property claim handling experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Advanced organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
• Intermediate negotiation and investigative skills.
• Ability to analyze damages and determine coverage.
