The Finance & Accounting Leadership Development Program (FALDP) Internship is designed to attract and develop motivated students who are passionate about pursuing a career in finance and accounting.

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential through internships or extracurricular activities.
  • Willingness to relocate to Hartford, CT or St. Paul, MN.
  • Strong work ethic and analytical thinking skills.
