Requirements

  • English language proficiency B2+ or C1.
  • High school diploma.
  • 6 months of experience in a Call Center environment.
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills (40 wpm).
  • Availability to work from 6:30am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Excel).
