Overview

The Global Partners and Special Projects Manager is responsible for managing and executing key internal projects while collaborating with external partners to drive the success of joint initiatives.

In Short

• Manage strategic global partnerships with FinTechs, banks, and technology providers.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, compliance, and marketing teams.
• Represent Transcard in global partner meetings and industry events.
• Monitor the progress of strategic initiatives and align internal teams.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans and oversee project lifecycle.
• Identify risks in partner-related projects and implement solutions.
• Ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders.
• Provide strategic recommendations to leadership on improving partner engagement.
• Act as a problem solver for challenges between internal teams and partners.
• Manage project dependencies to ensure successful execution.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a leadership role focused on project management.
• Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment preferred.
• Extensive experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities and ability to motivate teams.
• Preferred understanding of global payment systems and embedded finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
