In Short

• Analyze & Discover: Mine Salesforce and Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) data to uncover conversion trends and identify areas to optimize performance.
• Strategize & Recommend: Turn insights into action plans, recommending strategies to enhance lead flow, funnel efficiency, and customer engagement.
• Collaborate & Communicate: Partner with Demand Gen, Sales, and Revenue Operations to align campaigns with data-driven goals.
• Diagnose & Solve: Pinpoint inefficiencies or gaps in the customer journey and work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
• Track & Report: Develop clear, concise reports that outline findings, opportunities, and the impact of implemented strategies.

Requirements

• Experience in a data-driven marketing or optimization role (e.g., Conversion Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or similar).
• Preferred knowledge of MAPs (e.g., Pardot), and CRM (Salesforce)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Understanding of marketing funnels, lead lifecycle, and customer journey mapping.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• A proactive, problem-solving approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
