• This role will focus on optimizing active listings and ensuring data accuracy.
• Collaboration across multiple teams including Marketing, Listings, and Account Management.

• Data collection and performance analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Conduct regular listing audits for accuracy and adherence to brand standards.
• Work closely with teams to align optimization strategies with company goals.
• Create and maintain reports using Google Sheets and data dashboards.
• Develop automated tools for improved data accessibility.

Requirements

• Experience in data analysis and performance metrics.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and reporting tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Experience with property management systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.
