Overview

As a Sales Development Representative at TRAILD, you will play a crucial role in our growth journey by identifying potential leads and building relationships with prospects to educate them on our Accounts Payable software.

In Short

  • Conduct research to identify potential leads and target accounts.
  • Reach out to prospects through various channels to initiate conversations.
  • Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries promptly.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass them to the sales team.
  • Build relationships with prospects and educate them on the value of our products.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for lead generation strategies.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
  • Exceed monthly quotas of qualified appointments/demos scheduled.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information.
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience, especially in ERP or Accounts Payable.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience in exceeding KPIs and targets.
  • Strong desire for engaging with new people.
  • Able to work independently and is self-motivated.
  • Coachable and growth-oriented.
  • Strong collaborator with an attitude embracing growth.
