The mission of an MKT & OPS Talent Acquisition Lead is to identify, attract, and recruit top MKT & OPS talent for an organization. This involves working closely with the MKT & OPS leadership team to understand their hiring needs, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, and building relationships with potential candidates.

• Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment partners.
• Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and analytics.
• Collaborate with HR business partners and MKT & OPS leaders.
