Overview

The mission of an IT Talent Acquisition Lead is to identify, attract, and recruit top IT talent for an organization. This involves working closely with the IT leadership team to understand their hiring needs, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, and building relationships with potential candidates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an IT specialized recruiter.
• 2+ years of managing and mentoring a team of junior recruiters.
• Bachelor’s degree in business admin or human resources.
• Project management experience is desirable.
• Experience with KPIs & OKRs in an agile methodology framework.
• Excellent analytical skills for recruitment metrics.
• Detail-oriented self-starter with strong communication skills.
• Positive team player with leadership abilities.
