Overview

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our team and be part of our next stage of growth. As Project Manager, you will lead successful customer implementations of Traction Rec, owning delivery execution - scope, timeline, communication, and stakeholder alignment.

In Short

Lead end-to-end implementations of Traction Rec on Salesforce.
Collaborate with teams to develop detailed project plans.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
Oversee testing processes including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Plan and consult on training and change management strategies.
Conduct business analysis to ensure solutions meet objectives.
Manage go-live issue resolution.
Travel to clients in Canada and the US.
Experience with Salesforce and nonprofit organizations preferred.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
3-5 years in B2B client-facing roles managing technology projects.
Experience with nonprofit or public sector organizations.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and business analysis skills.
Proficiency in change management principles.
Salesforce certifications are a plus.
