Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting with a proven track record.
• Strong background in strategic sourcing and talent acquisition.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders and influence hiring decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to recruitment processes.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
