Overview

We are seeking a Strategic Distribution Manager to drive sales growth by identifying and developing relationships with key strategic distribution partners. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong understanding of distribution networks, customer-centric strategy development, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance brand awareness and market share.

In Short

  • Identify and establish relationships with strategic distribution partners to accelerate sales growth.
  • Develop customized strategies and action plans that align with customer-specific needs, goals, and preferences.
  • Design solutions that address unique challenges and leverage opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influential distributor personas to uncover opportunities and expand stock package offerings at Distribution Centers.
  • Lead distributor corporate-level engagements, including business reviews, presentations, and Special Pricing Agreements.
  • Partner with the ATPC training team to develop a continuous education program for distributors.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to identify growth opportunities through distribution.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Department on strategic initiatives and training material development.
  • Communicate and collaborate with ATPC’s sales team to maximize market share through distribution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in distribution sales, business development, or strategic account management.
  • Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with key distribution partners.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to design and implement customized solutions.
  • Experience in conducting business reviews, presentations, and negotiations with corporate-level distributors.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, training, and product management teams.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in the electrical, industrial, or manufacturing sector is a plus.
