Overview

As a Matching Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating communication between talent and internal team members within our organization. Your primary focus will be to own and maintain effective communication channels with talent while managing various administrative tasks to ensure streamlined operations and job performance.

In Short

  • Act as the primary point of contact for communication between talent and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage communication through various channels to ensure seamless interactions.
  • Follow-up with talent to understand project status and identify opportunities.
  • Manage tasks associated with assigned accounts for smooth operations.
  • Maintain communication with the team via Slack or Zoom.
  • Organize and update process guidelines for team reference.
  • Assist in onboarding new team members.
  • Support completion of ad-hoc strategic projects.
  • Become a subject matter expert on the role within the first year.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2-3+ years of experience in coordination or customer support roles.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage workflow and tasks independently.
  • Adaptability to change and willingness to collaborate.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Docs.
  • Project management experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
