Overview

As the General Manager, Health & Life Sciences (HLS), you will develop and execute growth strategies in the industry, leading a world-class team to expand Toptal’s enterprise customer base.

In Short

  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire key prospects.
  • Analyze market opportunities for HLS growth.
  • Lead a team of sales and client services professionals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Fortune 500 companies.
  • Evaluate and evolve the team’s strategic plans.
  • Coach and mentor team members for performance improvement.
  • Regularly review KPIs and manage pipelines.
  • Recruit new team members as needed.
  • Establish objectives and initiatives for the team.
  • Collaborate with clients to drive sales pursuits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in industry management.
  • 5+ years leading sales teams in Health & Life Sciences.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and management.
  • Experience in establishing revenue-generating relationships.
  • Ability to manage client portfolios of $20M+.
  • In-depth experience in Health & Life Sciences.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Regular travel may be required.
