Overview

As a Client Experience Specialist, you will work with a forward-thinking, globally distributed, and fully remote team whose job is to provide exceptional customer service with a strong support-centered philosophy.

In Short

  • Provide support to clients using several communication tools (email, chat, and phone).
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Talent Operations, Finance, and Legal teams.
  • Resolve client issues and handle escalated cases.
  • Maintain knowledge of all Toptal service offerings and policies.
  • Assist with training new team members.
  • Work on special projects and initiatives.
  • Integrate into Toptal's culture and business model.
  • Learn to effectively resolve client issues independently.
  • Engage with internal teams to review and resolve support tasks.
  • Ensure a world-class client experience throughout all phases of the client lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service.
  • Knowledge of the software development field is a plus.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for building strong relationships.
  • Ability to work in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Efficient time management and ability to manage competing priorities.
