Overview

The Client Experience Specialist at Flywire will provide support to clients across various products and services, focusing on effective communication and problem resolution.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in customer support.
  • Business proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with global customer interactions.
  • Ability to manage escalated customer interactions.
  • Knowledge of payment processes and banking is a plus.
  • Project management skills for smaller initiatives.
  • Experience in data analysis and process improvement.
  • Leadership experience within a team setting.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours.
