• Fluent English (including legal drafting) required.
• 4+ years of relevant experience, 2+ in iGaming.
• Knowledge of AML procedure is a big plus.
• Fast learner with a keen eye for detail.
• Initiative and willingness to work on a broad variety of legal matters.
• Hard-working, well-organized, and able to manage numerous projects simultaneously under pressure.

Requirements

• Build a corporate legal structure for the projects.
• Legal support for the projects.
• Drafting and revising commercial contracts, internal policies, and other legal documents.
• Assisting with research and analysis of potential legal risks.
• Assisting with the implementation of legal compliance.
• Supporting day-to-day legal activities and operations.
• Communicating with business partners, law firms, and service providers.
