Overview

We are Toogeza, a Ukrainian recruiting company that is focused on hiring talents and building teams for tech startups worldwide. We are currently looking for an Affiliate Manager to join one of Toogeza’s clients, a company that is launching a new online casino targeting Tier-1 countries.

In Short

• Attracting and retaining affiliate partners through proactive outreach.
• Searching for new partners via industry forums, social media, and conferences.
• Tracking and analyzing performance indicators for each partner.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in iGaming.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• English level B2 or higher.
• An active database of affiliates targeting Tier-1 is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset to evaluate traffic quality.
• Experience using affiliate platforms is a plus.
