In Short

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate networks or the advertising industry
• Strong knowledge of CPA, CPL, CPS, Revenue Share, EPC, ROI metrics
• Hands-on experience with top tracking solutions like HasOffers, Affise, Cake or in-house platforms
• Background in iGaming or betting verticals
• A passion for attending and learning from biggest industry conferences
• Strong self-organization and self-motivation to drive results
• B2-level English and Ukrainian

Requirements

• Find and engage new partnerships for ensuring long-term
• Support and retain existing partners to maximize LTV
• Set up and adjust tracking for offers/campaigns
• Monitor and optimize affiliate performance daily
• Control traffic quality and approve partner payouts
• Be proactive and bring new solutions and ideas – we truly value in Centro Team
