Affiliate Manager - Remote

Overview

StackCommerce is seeking an Affiliate Manager to oversee and grow our in-house affiliate program for StackSocial.com, focusing on identifying and recruiting high-quality affiliates, activating new partners, and optimizing existing relationships.

• Identify, recruit, and onboard relevant affiliates.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance.
• Lead negotiations on partnership terms and strategies.
• Create and execute an effective onboarding process for affiliates.
• Develop strategies to increase brand visibility and revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Utilize tracking tools to measure performance and optimize campaigns.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or performance marketing.
• Deep understanding of the affiliate industry.
• Advanced user of Impact’s SaaS platform.
• Familiarity with other tracking platforms like AWIN is a plus.
• Proven track record of managing affiliate partners.
• Experience with contract negotiation and commission optimization.
• Strong data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated and organized.
• Familiarity with e-commerce or media partnerships is a plus.
