Overview

We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Publishing Manager (Team Lead oriented role) to join our fast-growing, international team either at our Cyprus office or remotely.

• Drive growth by sourcing high-quality leads and closing deals with Publishers.
• Collaborate with the Advertising Department on new placements and optimize ongoing campaigns.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners.

Requirements

• 3-4+ years of experience as a Senior Publisher Manager or Affiliate Account Manager.
• Proven experience negotiating CPC, CPM, and flat-rate deals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic and analytical mindset.
• Natural problem solver who thrives in fast-changing environments.
• Strong proactivity and ownership.
• Good working knowledge of tracking platforms, CRM, and statistics.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Team-oriented and motivated by shared success.
