Overview

As a Senior Marketing Manager & Team Lead, you will lead our marketing team and significantly contribute to the strategic and operational development of Makaro, focusing on performance marketing and campaign management.

In Short

• Lead the marketing team strategically and operationally.
• Conceptualize, plan, and implement comprehensive campaigns across all relevant channels (online & offline).
• Focus on performance marketing with an emphasis on KPIs, ROAS & CAC.
• Coordinate collaboration with external partners and your team for campaign content creation.
• Make data-driven decisions and continuously optimize ongoing measures.
• Act as an initiator for brand storytelling, community engagement, and new ideas.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in digital marketing, ideally with a D2C brand.
• Completed marketing studies or relevant training.
• Proven success in performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
• Experience in team leadership and project responsibility.
• Good sense of brand aesthetics, trends, and target audiences.
• Self-responsibility, organizational talent, and a hands-on mentality.
• Passion for sustainable products and value-driven marketing.
• Language skills: Native German, fluent in English.
