• Data-driven mindset with a passion for fast-paced environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Open to occasional office time in Montreal.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS startups is preferred.
• Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies is a plus.
