Overview

As a Financial Analyst, you’ll be the key figure for budgeting, expense control, and financial transparency within the operations. Your work will directly support decision-making and help establish a culture of financial discipline in the company.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to set and manage departmental budgets
• Perform plan-vs-actual analysis and build dashboards
• Track and verify departmental spending and bonus structures
• Update and support existing financial models
• Deliver weekly and monthly financial presentations
• Assess cost structures of payment service providers
• Work with various departments on shared financial initiatives
• 2–4+ years of experience in finance, audit, FP&A, or controlling required
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills are essential

• 2–4+ years of experience in finance, audit, FP&A, or controlling
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Solid understanding of P&L, budgeting, reconciliations
• Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, proactive approach
