Field Service Technician, DACH - Remote

Overview

TOMRA Recycling is seeking a Field Service Technician to enhance our team in Germany. This role involves optimizing and improving the performance of our recycling sorting systems at customer sites in the DACH region.

In Short

• Responsible for optimizing sorting systems and processes.
• Conduct on-site commissioning at customer locations.
• Perform repairs and troubleshooting as needed.
• Ensure compliance with customer and contractual requirements.
• Train customers and service personnel.
• Frequent travel within the DACH region (up to 80%).
• Work independently with a supportive remote team.
• Engage in diverse tasks with daily variety.
• Receive necessary training at the training center in Germany.
• Initial training period typically lasts between 6 to 12 months.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical training.
• Willingness to travel approximately 80% of the time.
• Valid driver's license.
• Knowledge of computer programs and PC configuration.
• Fluent in German (C2/Native level).
• Good command of English (B1+ level).
