Field Service Technician - Remote

Overview

The Field Service Technician role involves repairing and maintaining RVM machines, performing preventive service and cleaning, and ensuring optimal operation at client locations.

In Short

• Repair and maintain RVM machines.
• Perform preventive service and cleaning of RVM machines.
• Install and dismantle RVM machines.
• Optimize and set up equipment at client locations.
• Regular client visits as per assigned tasks.
• Handle administrative tasks including closing orders in the system and managing spare parts.
• Collaborate with technical support to resolve service-related issues.
• Participate in various interesting projects.

Requirements

• Technical high school education (electrical, electronics, automation, mechatronics).
• English language proficiency for working with instructions.
• Experience in a similar position.
• Able to work with electrical devices up to 400V.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Category B driving license.
